Founded in 2009, DUFF hosts the largest Ultimate Frisbee ("ultimate") league and community in southern Sydney. Convenient from the Sydney city, CBD, Eastern Suburbs and several universities, we run an after-work league year-round in Moore Park on Monday nights that is perfect for newcomers and more experienced players alike. Throughout the winter we run a unique frisbee experience under the lights at Cenntenial Parklands Sports Centre called Flatball. DUFF is all about learning to play Ultimate, improving our skills, meeting new people and making new friends - on and off the field.
